1. Cancellation Policy

  1. 1.1 Services

    We (Digital Service Square Ltd) understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of services. To cancel services, please contact us at digital.service.square@gmail.com at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  2. 1.2 Subscription Plans

    You may cancel subscription plans at any time by contacting us at digital.service.square@gmail.com. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

You may need to validate your subscription by our terms. In that case, depending on your project or service, the amount you will be refunded after we cancel your service.

2. Refund Policy

  1. 2.1 Services

    Refunds for services will be provided by the following conditions:

    If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

    1. 2.1.1 Customized Services

      Custom website design, which we can’t sell for any other purpose, or set up or fix any SEO or Google products as per your needs, etc. No refund will be issued in respect of these services.

  2. 2.2 Subscription Plans

    For subscription plans, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.

    Refunds will only be considered based on how much time has passed and the progress made on your project.

  3. 2.3 Exceptional Circumstances

    We (Digital Service Square Ltd) reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, service unavailability, or other situations that may warrant a refund.

    1. 2.4.1 PayPal

      In case of a PayPal payment refund, we will refund you minus cancellation fees. This can change at any time, and you can see updates from UK PayPal Consumer Fees.

    2. 2.4.2 Stripe

      Stripe Payment (Credit, Debit, Prepaid) Cards fees shall be excluded as cancellation fees. You can check and understand the fees for refunded payments.

    3. 2.4.3 Bank Transfer

      You will be refunded depending on the currency you are paying from and in which country. Fees will be deducted from your paid amount, including bank charges.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at digital.service.square@gmail.com with your Name, Invoice number, and the Reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within our refund timeline.
